Unakite and its properties Physical properties of unakite: Unakite is a mixture of pink feldspar, green epidote, and quartz. The olive green of the epidote combined with the pink hues of the feldspar make this an attractive stone. Unakite has a hardness of 6-7 on the Mohs' scale, and a specific gravity of 2.60 - 2.70
