Herbs and herbal medicine

Herbs have been used throughout the ages for medicinal purposes.

Indigenous medicine men and medicine women knew the herbs and their uses and used them in conjunction with prayer or spiritual energy work.

The wheel has turned full circle.

Today, drug companies are showing an increased awareness of these traditional herbal cures. They are extracting the active ingredients in herbs and creating "new" medicines.

Ancient wisdom is being recycled via these methodologies.
