Native American
Indian
Myth, Mythology, & Folklore
The material in this
section is intended to expose the reader to some of the
many ideas and ideals of the various Native American
Nations.
The indigenous peoples
of this continent have long enjoyed a close relationship with nature:
it's plants, animals, and even it's stone, wind, and rain.
We can learn a lot from these Native Peoples if we open our ears and open our hearts and
bother to take the time to listen. |

The information presented here is but
a small fraction of the lore, myths, legends, prophesies, and stories of
the indigenous peoples of this land. The stories found on this site have
been drawn from countless thousands of years of unbroken oral
traditions.
We hope the examples presented here
will awaken something inside of each and every one of
you.
Far too long have the
Native People's been treated harshly by the newcomers to
this land. It is time to end this mistreatment.
We urge you to take a
stand. We encourage you to learn to live in love and work
towards undoing the wrongs that have been done by our
ancestors, that, in fact, are still being done today by
our corrupt governments and greedy corporations.
The Native People's
hold within themselves the keys to the very survival of
the human race and our Mother Earth. Instead of embracing
them like the brothers and sisters that they are, our
society is destroying them and their ways and, in so
doing, will destroy our world.
You have been told. No longer can you
pretend that you didn't know.
